Writing the perfect design brief

Increasing design projects through a reverse brief
You've been briefed on a project; it might be a brochure, a logo or identity, a website, a publication or a piece of packaging.

The Writing a perfect design brief workshop shows you how to prepare a reverse brief that extends the project and shows the client the added value of using design in other parts of their business.

This 3 hour workshop helps graphic designers, design managers and studio owners prepare a design brief in response to a client briefing.

What you will gain from this workshop;
  • an understanding of the value of a good brief
  • an ability to write a design brief that helps keep the project on track
  • an understanding of the essential elements of a brief
  • how to get a brief approved

This workshop covers:

  • how the organization's competitive and business strategy should be built into a brief
  • the design brief or a "creative" brief?
  • when do you need a design brief?
