The one page business plan
How to gain a competitive advantage
This half day workshop helps graphic designers develop a business plan that is concise and useable.
Do you remember when you started your studio and your accountant told you to write a business plan. You probably slaved over it for weeks, produced a lengthy document that pleased your accountant; then you filed it in the bottom draw.
Even though your competitors have changed and it has changed your competitive advantage, you haven't reviewed your business plan because it's such hard work.
The one page business plan workshop is the answer. You will learn how to produce a succinct business plan that you can quickly review and change to stay in front of your competitors.
