Using a design business model canvas (a skill once learned, you can use with clients), to dissect your studio, your clients and your competitors. The result will be a strategy to help your studio clearly communicate your design value proposition to new and existing clients. It’s perfect for mature studios wanting to upskill in human centred design. Greg works with your team, teaching how empathy mapping can be used to explore and understand a client’s pains and gains. Understanding how you can relieve those pains and deliver gains is the start of developing a clear and succinct design value proposition.
