Designers are well versed on design skills, but we don't learn the management skills needed to grow and maintain a small business.This program was written by design practitioners specifically to help creatives learn the management skills needed to build a sustainable, creative business.
It's suitable for solo-entrepreneurs planning to grow their design team, for studio owners managing by default who want to hone their skills, and for studio owners wanting to upskill on of their team from being 'on-the-tools' to a management position. It will also valuable for those with a non-design background planning a career-shift.
The aim is to share tips, tools and tactics to learn robust management skills needed to build sustainable creative businesses.

The Business of Design publication: a copy of the only Australian publication written about starting, managing and growing an Australian design business.
There are two tiers to purchasing the studio management program – this tier includes access to the materials with 3 x 1 hour mentoring sessions and access to a slack channel to continue the conversation between sessions. Additional mentoring can be accessed on-demand.
